What Is Mushroom Coffee
Mushroom Coffee indeed has got some mushroom essence, and it is combined with the coffee. But it sounds really weird, isn’t it? Well, you might have imagined mushroom pieces floating over the coffee. Well, that’s not the scene!
It was started by the Finnish Startup, who brought up this bizarre idea of joining the mushrooms with the coffee. The Mushroom Coffee combines your instant coffee only, including some extracts of mushroom in it. So, you won’t find any portion of Mushroom floating or mixed up in your Coffee Cup, instead, they are mixed with the coffee in the form of extracts.
This way the coffee will give out a slight essence of earthy mushrooms, which tastes as well as smells good. With this mushroom addition to the coffee, you can make the drink way more healthy and beneficial to the human body.
Finnish claims that their coffee blends include all the properties of antioxidants and all the immune boosting elements. Also, this mushroom blend also fights the innate nature of the coffee being acidic. It prepares some space and buffers the acid keeping it light on your stomach.
There are four majorly used mushrooms for this coffee brew, and they are the Chaga mushroom, Lion-Mane, Cordyceps, and finally the Reishi mushroom. All these mushrooms are well-known for their medicinal benefits and the unique flavors which goes well with the Coffee.
