For the making of the cold brew, coarse-grounded coffee beans are used. Then they are steeped in the water to get all the coffee extracts from the coffee beans.

This process is performed for an extended period which may be for 12 hours or even more.

In most cases, water at room temperature is used, while there are times when cold water is used for the making. After the steeping process completes, the grounds mixed in the water are filtered out using paper filters, metal sieve, etc.

Here the resulting product will be the coffee concentrates which are liquefied using water or milk into it. Another peculiarity here is that this coffee can be served hot as well as in a cold manner. While it can be served mixed with chocolate too!

While we talk about Slow-Drip Cold Brew, water is dripped through the coffee grounds for a few hours. This kind of cold brew coffees is also presented and loved in many places.

Because of the unique method adopted here compared to the usual brewing methods, resulting with product contains less acidity, lower caffeine content. It is also found that the Cold Brewing method generates coffee which is around 70% less acidic than the Espresso machine ones.

So you can try adopting this type of coffee making, that is the Cold Brew style and get to enjoy the add-on benefits. The resulting coffee will have not more or less, but an equal amount of caffeine in the resulting brew.
